Is this a service for hiring guards?
No. Guard Patrol helps you supervise the guards you already employ at your home, property or business.
Do I need a separate supervisor?
No. You can supervise the property yourself, or assign a supervisor to handle day-to-day review and follow-up.
What happens when the connection drops?
After signing in online, guards can save work on their device during a connection interruption. Reconnect and keep the app open until uploads finish. You see updates after they reach the service.
What does my guard need?
A phone with a web browser and an internet connection for sign-in and uploading records. Voice reports, photos and scanning need the relevant phone permissions. Check the setup on your team’s phones before relying on it for a shift.
Can I add more than one property?
The free pilot covers one property and up to five guards and supervisors combined. The paid tier is coming soon; its pricing and limits have not been announced.
Does it provide emergency response?
No. For urgent safety concerns, follow your property's existing emergency procedures. Guard Patrol does not provide emergency response.
