Guard Patrol, provided by Integrated Systems and Devices Limited (ISDL), helps you supervise guards you already employ.
What the free pilot includes
One property and up to five guards and supervisors combined. No payment is collected during the free pilot.
Information recorded
The service stores account and property information, shift and patrol records, report text, recordings, photos, and point-in-time location information where a guard’s device allows it. Location is collected when a guard starts or ends a shift or scans a checkpoint; Guard Patrol does not continuously track guards.
Owners and supervisors assigned to a property can see its records. Guards see only their active-shift work and their own current-shift reports. ISDL support staff access information only when needed to operate or support the pilot.
Important limits
Guard Patrol does not replace CCTV, physical access control, emergency response, a security provider, or site emergency procedures. A patrol record or checkpoint scan does not prove that a property is secure. Location may be unavailable or inaccurate. Mobile-browser uploads may wait until the device reconnects and the app is opened again.
For urgent safety concerns, follow the site’s existing emergency procedure. Guard Patrol does not dispatch police, provide an in-app emergency alarm, guarantee monitoring, or guarantee that a record was delivered or reviewed.
Retention, help and leaving the pilot
